Andy Mari is one of Ibiza's established academy directors. His programme is built around structured development, intelligent court positioning, tactical awareness and competitive match play.
Each week follows a clear framework:

Sessions are delivered in a dedicated academy environment with capped group ratios to ensure proper coaching quality and match integration.
